Civil and Commercial Mediation Fees
Civil and Commercial Mediation fees are per party unless otherwise arranged.
Civil and Commercial Mediation costs include all service charges, taxes and the instruction and appointment of a Mediator.
Civil and Commercial Mediation costs do not include alternative venue hire fees if the Mediation meeting is not carried out remotely or in our offices.

Our professional Community Mediators provide up to 10-hours Mediating time including, assessment, Mediation preparation, individual and joint meetings and 2-hours drafting Mediation documents for a total cost of £400 or £33 per hour. This 12-hours of Community Mediation is typically spread over a 3-month period with individual and joint Mediation meetings taking place every 2-weeks for a duration of 1-hour each meeting. Our professional Community Mediation service is the most cost effective way to resolve intra-personal disputes and our Community Mediation rates are so competitive we guarantee to match and better by an additional 10% any other like for like Community Mediation service.
12-hour fixed Community Mediations are based on a two-party dispute. If a Community Mediation is likely to require more than the fixed 12-hour Mediation time Alpha Beta Mediation will inform the referring organisation or participant before any costs are charged. Costs for Community Mediations where there are two or more participants to be agreed in advance by arrangement with the referring organisation or participants.
Our Head Office, Alpha Beta Mediation may charge either the referring organisation or participants reasonable travel expenses if Community Mediation meetings are not conducted remotely by video or at our offices.
